Mennen Medical to acquire the assets of Adi Medical

Yavne Israel, April 7, 2019 – Mennen Medical, a global leading provider of high-end medical devices for a wide range of Hospital’s settings, announced today that it concluded the acquisition of the assets of Adi Medical Equipment Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of sophisticated powered medical carts specifically designed for healthcare and clinical environments.

We are pleased to advise that Canadian Hospital Specialties (CHS) has been named as the exclusive distributor in Canada for Mennen Medical’s Temperature Management systems and the transcutaneous bilirubin monitoring system effective December 15th, 2017.

CHS,  a national specialty distributor and manufacturer of medical products based in Oakville, Ontario, has been active in the Canadian medical device industry for over 50 years, and representing many global leaders in the medical device field in Canada.
